1. General Terms

1.2. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Subscriptions & One-Time Purchases

2.1. Subscription Plans

roMMance offers monthly, quarterly, and annual prepaid subscription plans.
Prepaid subscriptions are non-refundable once processed.
Subscriptions may be paused or canceled at any time.
Subscriptions include the right to request to exchange the book included in the monthly box. All exchange requests must be made by the 7th of each month to ensure the exchange can be made before shipping. Exchanges are subject to the availability of books in stock. Submit exchange requests here.

2.2. One-Time Purchases

Special edition boxes, books, and merchandise are available while supplies last.
All one-time purchases are final unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

3. Billing & Payments

3.1. Payments are processed at the time of purchase or on a recurring basis for subscriptions.

3.2. By subscribing, you authorize roMMance to charge your payment method automatically.

3.3. roMMance is not responsible for overdraft fees or charges from your bank due to automatic payments.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1. We ship worldwide, but shipping costs and delivery times vary by location.

4.2. Once a package leaves our facility, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments.

4.3. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Reshipment fees may apply if an order is returned due to an incorrect address.

5. Returns & Refunds

5.1. Due to the collectible nature of our products, all sales are final.

5.2. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos for a replacement (subject to availability).

5.3. Refunds will only be issued in rare cases, at roMMance's discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. All content on our website, including images, logos, and designs, is the property of roMMance and may not be used without permission.

6.2. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of our products or content may result in legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. roMMance is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

7.2. We do not guarantee that our website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

8. Termination

8.1. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service.

8.2. Termination does not waive any outstanding payment obligations.
