When are subscription payments charged?

All subscriptions are charged on the 1st of the month. If you have subscribed to a quarterly or annual payment cycle, they will be charged on the 1st of the month following the appropriate cycle.Â

What if I have already read the book being sent this month?
Â
If you have already read the book, or are not interrested in the book, you can request to exchange the book with one of the other books we have in stock. Requests must be submitted by the 7th of each month so that the exchange can be arranged before shipment. You can request to exchange the book using this form.

When do boxes ship?

All subscriptions are shipped by the 15th of each month. You will be emailed a tracking number so that you can track your shipment. Subscriptions are sent via USPS Ground. Please allow 3-7 business days for the shipment to arrive.Â

How do I pause or cancel my subscription?
Â
You can pause or cancel you subscription at any time in the user portal. Click the user icon in the top right of the window next to the check out cart. Once you have logged into your account, you can control your subsciption in the "Manage Subscription" tab. Â
